

John Naber
John is a five-time Olympic swimming medalist with four gold and one silver medal. Naber won four gold medals at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. Each of those victories was swum in world-record time. One of Naber’s gold medals was for the first 200 meter backstroke swam in under two minutes, and his winning time of 1 minute and 59.19 seconds set a world record that stood for seven years. His world record of 55.49 second in the 100 meter backstroke also stood for seven years. Following his swimming career, Naber began working as a sports broadcaster, a motivational speaker, and a professional writer. John, was nominated for the 2022 Dorothy Franey Langkop Ambassador Award. John exemplifies and embodies an Olympian heart and spirit from his glory days to the present. John is the leader of the Gold Standard in his services, committees and everyday walk of life.
Megan Keever
Megan has a diverse background in athletics, program direction, coaching, teaching, events, and marketing. From 2012 to 2017, she worked for the Los Angeles Kings in their Hockey Development Department, where she was responsible for executing over 35 events per year. In 2015, she co-founded the LA Lions, the largest girls' youth ice hockey program in Los Angeles County, serving as its club president and managing the budget, registration, scheduling, equipment, and coaching staff for 5 teams. Megan holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential, a USA Hockey Level 4 coaching certification, and has a Master's Degree in Teaching from USC and a Bachelor's in Communications and Human Development from Boston College. She has also played on the Boston College Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey Team and currently spends her free time with her two daughters, making art, and coaching for the San Diego Angels Girls Hockey Program.
Matthew Cacciato
Matthew Cacciato has built an exceptional professional career over the past 34 years across multiple industries and has a reputation for providing strong service leadership, and delivering consistent strategic sales & marketing success. Cacciato currently serves as the Executive Director for Ohio University College of Business’ AECOM Center for Sports Administration, and their renowned Master of Sports Administration graduate program. He also holds the titles of Executive in Residence and Assistant Professor of Instruction. Prior to joining Ohio University, he spent 23 years in the cable sports television industry across a number of top brands.
