The workout is segmented into 3 sets, 3 exercises, 3 rounds of 30 seconds. Set 1 (3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise) - Squat with Crunch - Burpee - Alternating Jack Knife Set 2 (3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise) - Forward Lunge - Alternating Push Up - Russian Twists Set 3 (3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise) - Lateral Lunge (15s each side) - Mountain Climbers - Sit Up with Tap
