It’s Almost Here: The RSG! Virtual Series!

Get ready, get set, and get excited because the RSG! Virtual Series is coming up in October!

Unlike our Fall and Spring Series, the virtual series will be one entire series, so you’ll be able to progress through some amazing workouts and get to know the RSG! athletes that will be featured.

And speaking of athletes, here’s a sneak peek of some of the RSG! athletes you’ll be getting to know virtually!

• Donald Suxho, 2004, 2012 Olympian

The RSG! Virtual Series videos will be released on the first Sunday of every month.
